During my time at TBR Inc. I have participated in a number of projects both internally facing and client facing. For clients I have worked on a number of Voice of the Customer assignments that determine the client’s audience, current market penetration, market gap, competitive landscape, brand perception and ultimate go-to-market strategy. Internally I’ve worked on a number of process optimization and automation projects; the most recent, a sales outreach automation project, offloaded rote repetitive tasks from high value resources allowing them to focus further down the nurture stream and resulting in a greater number of booked meetings that the previous process with less time spent.
