Leading a team of 35-40 people and coordinating picking numbers with both receiving and shipping to reflect what is allocated in inventory.
In collaborations with management and sub management our team were able to beat the original set goal for our department.
Calculating time in/out of pickers, finding the uph (units picked per hour), and also the fill rate was the main focus of the picking floor due to the warehouse moves when picking does.
