Infosys Limited – Sr. Systems Engineer: Global Communication System (GCS); Bangalore, India October 2012 – October 2015
Built Pega 6.3 end to end GCS-Metadata application that provided capabilities like template search, advanced search, export to excel, create, update or delete records to the business users
Supported addition of future templates by integrating with the database that stored metadata for the existing templates
Resolved the issues that team face while trying to understand the attributes of a particular template e.g. business unit, mode of delivery, delivery channel, target audience feeder system
Built Pega 6.2 Global Communication Services application used to send correspondence to applicant via mail in PDF format
Leveraged IVU integration to attach document like images, pdf file, etc. along with correspondence documents
Published document on “Custom Export/Import to Excel in Pega 6.2” which improved upon existing Out of the Box functionality for Export/Import to excel and supported higher version of MS office, IE 10 +, Chrome, Firefox, etc.
