I enter data into Excel so in order to keep track of the orders customers have requested and we fill. In addition, I also work with an analyst regarding streamlining matters within the line that are creating any bottlenecks in order for them to run more smoothly.

Job Title: Memo Writer/Case-Document Account Analyst – 2016 to 2017

Job Description: I researched the accounts for confidential clients that required NTT Data, a consulting firm to ensure that they were in Federal Compliance with the Laws and Regulations of the United States Government with regard to their business. I was the very last individual that reviewed all of the pertinent documents provided to our confidential client to review and request from our client additional documentation from them in order to write a Memorandum to reveal to the Federal Government of the United States that our client was in Compliance with the Federal Laws and Guidelines in order to lend assets and/or monies to an individual, etc. This would allow our client to be assured they maintained their continued business within the United States. I took courses that were required by the Federal Government of the United States to ensure that I was up to regulation code to ensure that I was producing efficient investigation and research for said documentation the client was providing to secure they were in compliance with the Federal Rules and Guidelines within the United States Government. This was to protect from Anti-Money Laundering, Terroristic Means, Drug Trafficking, etc. I was also trained and utilized twenty-six systems of record in order to conduct research via the accounts I was assigned to.

HOLLANDER SLEEP PRODUCTS

Job Title: Assistant Supervisor – 2014 to 2016

Job Description: Assistant to the Supervisor of the Warehouse. I reviewed applications for employment from individuals, conducted background checks and scheduled drug tests too. I then would schedule interviews for candidates in which Hollander Sleep Products was interested in hiring, after they spoke with me in regard to the drug test results, background checks and my review of the candidates applications. I then contacted said candidates and scheduled interviews with myself and then another manager. In conclusion of said interview with said candidates, I would give them a tour of the Warehouse and explain what they job duties would be if they were hired and explain how the Warehouse operated. When said candidate was hired I trained all new employees which were hired and assigned someone to them within the Warehouse for the first week to assist the new employee, if they needed assistance and/or had a question. I processed the new employees’ paperwork for the Corporate Office, as well as conducted their payroll, along with other said employees within the Company. I resolved issues in the processing/shipping of orders to customers. Processed and completed orders in the Shipping/Receiving Office on Dot.com (Internet Orders). Assisted with any matters in relations to the employees employed within the Warehouse in regard to scheduling vacation time, time off work due to illness and/or personal matters, distributed paychecks to employees as well as any other work regarding documentation to keep all the employees updated to matters involving the Company. I determined when employees were required to work overtime to ensure all orders were completed to meet critical reports/deadlines. Learned how to operate machines via computer network at each machine station to ensure all machines ran consistently. Learned all information for new computer system installed (Oracle), the Company had changed over to and trained other co-workers how to utilize said new computer system. Managed all employees and reported back to Head Supervisor on a daily basis in regard to work process, etc. Maintained work schedules daily regarding placing employees on teams to complete work tasks effectively and in a timely manner. I conducted monthly meetings with employees in regard to safety and all other matters pertain ting to the Company. I prepared and ran monthly reports for the President of the Company in regard to the work progress and the orders with were completed and/or needed to be completed. Job Title: Office Manager/Investigator/Senior Paralegal – 2006 to 2008

Job Description: Office Manager for the Law Firm. I supervised all of the employees and reported to the owner of the Law Firm with respect to the employees overall performance on a weekly basis. I interviewed new potential employees in regard to the hiring process by conducting interviews, background checks, checking references, etc. I purchased all of the supplies for the Office, as well as picked out the location of the Office for the Law Firm. I oversaw all of the bank accounts for the Firm. I did this by I set up all of the bank accounts for the client and the Law Firm, Deposited all of the clients settlement checks in different bank accounts with regard to the law firm and then distributed said funds to the clients which they were to receive in regard to the settlement of their case. I then assisted all clients with their personal injury protection applications and forwarded them onto the insurance companies to ensure the clients had all of their necessary paperwork filled out with the appropriate insurance companies in regard to their accidents. I answered the phones and signed up new clients over the phone by filling out new client information sheet, as well as scheduling them a new client appointment with our office. Then I would meet said new potential client, fill out our necessary paperwork to get their file started and begin assisting them with them getting to a physician, obtaining the Police Repot, obtaining lost wages, obtaining a rental car, etc. I also had extreme contact with the Insurance Company adjusters discussing our client’s case while obtaining case numbers, claim numbers, adjuster’s information, client’s treatments from the physician’s office, they were conducting therapy from. I would contact their office to ensure our client was making all of their appointments and how their treatment was improving with their therapy.

Job Description: I interviewed all new clients for them to be potentially represented by our Law Firm. Prepared court dockets for attorneys by pulling the court files, ensuring all work was completed by the deadlines for the court, as well as noting the files with any opposing parties information relating to any disputed matters with our clients case. Prepared and filed all court documents with the court, after review upon the attorney via electronically. I problem solved on a daily basis, by resolving issues with cliens cases on my own accord. I conducted the clients Chapter 13 filings appointments by gathering all of their paperwork, entering it into the system and preparing the Petition. I then reviewed the Petition with them thoroughly to ensure the accuracy of their case before I reviewed it with the attorney. I reviewed said Petition with the Attorney and then filed the Petition with the court electronically. I then provided the clients with their case number after the case was filed to ensure them it was filed to put them at ease. I also delegated work wherein needed to other employees to manage cases that deadlines pending to maintain the best client service.

SALARY & INCENTIVES:

I would like to receive compensation equivalent to various skills acquired throughout the years, along with my education and level of experience. I would require to have Healthcare and Dental insurance. A plus for me is also to have the capacity to have a 401K for retirement purposes.
