Implementing the appliances requires racking and first time setup such as a setting DNS records, applying an IP address, as well as deploying the KACE Agent to support management of all clients across the tool.

Trainer, Support Engineer

Acted as sole support engineer and trainer for the KBOX 2000 product worldwide. Delivered on line training deliveries were presented to customers across the globe (2 years).

Supported customers with Windows and other configuration challenges such as LDAP, GPO, and DNS. Implemented internal changes to MySQL, PHP, VBScript, Bash, Shell, and FreeBSD code bases. Created patches to facilitate Internal changes and meet customization needs of the customer. VMware Fusion, Workstation and ESX1 were used in testing of driver feed and other code base to ensure customers would not experience failures with KACE the K1000 and K2000.

Creation a driver feed injection process for imaged or scripted deployments. Took on PHP maintenance defects such as localizing the product to support 9 languages (3 years).

Lead Engineer Project Manager

As lead engineer and project manager for the largest Altiris Package Server implementation to date. Designed the backbone components of Altiris 6.5 used to implement new and existing server hardware to facilitate replication of packages on a global scale. Sixty-five countries were in scope. In addition to Prague, work was performed in Thailand, UK, and the Netherlands.
