Work experience

I have been working as a technician masseur and therapist for

10 years.

I am doing the Reiki therapy and treatment for energizing the body,managing the pains.

I had worked in different centers, performing all kinds of massages: medical, relaxing, reflexive, Chinese massage, Tui Na, slimming massage and body shapping, massage with hot stones and bamboo stick.

Starting with 2005 I have my own Centre for alternative therapies, “Di’Anda_Reiki” in Bucharest, having good results in treating some deseases, like: insomnia, stress, gastritis, metabolic deseases, recovery after some strokes or paralysis.

Wanting to help as much as I learned and developed my professional career in many other areas, I worked in the hospital physiotherapist in rehabilitation and medical gymnastics for patient recovery after stroke, paralysis or other accident, I worked with women pregnant, and patients who required care, Also I am used to work with mashine for making physitherapy, as Ultra sound, infra red,electrostimulation, Dermo cell,bed for elongation, etc.

Also, I was working in SPA,sometimes making massage for relax,or for energizing the body and mind,with Reiki Therapy,working in slimming,wrapping andusing mashine for removing cellulite and losing weight,as Dermo Cell, Vacuum, Termo Light, LPG,,etc

I was learniong to make Tui Na,chinesse massage and acupressure, from chinesse doctors,and many another technics, all in the spirit of helping patients to feel as healthy, happy and energized.

During therapy I use all alternative methods complementary to solve problems facing the patient, such as massage, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, reiki, and body wrapping, sauna and muscle electrostimulation.

My patients feel comfortable and happy after treatment, and return again and again, following my instructions during treatment but also outside of treatment, when they are in their home.

I believe that to treat people, should be a mission to not only care for the body, but also care for the soul and spirit, to create an increasingly common however, this wonderful creation of God called human beings

Dates

Deep tissue massage (60- 120 minutes)

This therapeutic massage is strong and intense, realigning the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues to restore normal movement. It helps regain vitality and eases tension.

Neuro-muscular/Sports massage (60- 120 minutes)

This technique focuses on specific areas and needs and is excellent for athletes (pre and post events) and those who work out regularly. Aids active people in preventing injury and assists in the recovery of muscles.

Swedish massage (60- 120 minutes)

This treatment focuses on increasing circulation and promoting relaxation. The therapist uses firm but gentle pressure to improve the circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation.

Hot Stone massage (60- 120 minutes)

The soothing warmth of the stones encourages the body to rid itself of toxins, tension and knots. It calms the nervous system and regulates blood flow. Aromatic essentials oils restore vitality and bring a sense of well-being.

Back, Neck and Shoulder massage (45 minutes)

This is a therapeutic massage for someone who has limited time, concentrating on the tension hot-spots of the back, neck and shoulders.

Champi / Head Massage (30 minutes)

Champi nourishes the scalp, hair and invigorates the upper back and neck to ease head ache and promote a sense of well being. The massage includes application of warm herb infused hair oil followed by a deep scalp massage.

Foot reflexology (30 minutes)

Foot reflexology is based on the premise that nerve zones exist throughout the body, even at the base of the foot. This is a practice of massaging the feet to allow ripple effects to travel to other parts of the body, leaving the whole body in a relaxed state.

Reiki Therapy(30 or 60 min)

Is the therapy to help healing some deseases, to remove stress or tired after a long day of work,to bring calm, relax and happynes inside ur body and soul.
