Works under the direct supervision of the Managing Director and has a dotted reporting line to the Finance Manager. Serve as line manager for Security, procurement, logistics and administration staff, and assists to develop the capacity of the team in all these aspects. Administration and Logistics Management: Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Ensure that proper administration and logistics systems and procedures are followed in the every office administration and management.
2. Strengthen administrative systems - Identify gaps in admin and operational policies, develop and revise the organization's administration and operations policy on an annual basis, as per leadership and management team (LMT)’s decisions or Project Management Team (PMT);
3. Provide oversight and supervision to admin and logistics staff to ensure smooth functioning of office administration, including office running and maintenance; 4. Provide ongoing daily mentoring and guidance to staff in logistics and administration as they develop and implement their own work programs; 5. Supervise the management of all insurance claims relating to company assets, vehicles and legal matters.

1. Work closely with Chief Security Officer and senior leadership teams to ensure security strategies for the company and that response are appropriate and aligned with regional and global priorities.
2. Provide technical advice and support to the Managing Director and all Offices/Project sites on security and crisis management issues and their likely impact on company’s operations.
3. Deliver oversight of security prevention, preparation, response and recovery activities, particularly in the project sites and to counter threats emerging from changing political, social and economic situations.
4. Review minimum-security standards in Nigeria and promote alignment with company’s Core Security Requirements.
5. Support and advise all company offices in observing the appropriate security standards in accordance with the country risk rating.
