Perform day-to-day maintenance and support of American Airlines Advantage system
Designed, coded, implemented, and maintained advanced performance techniques for the American Airlines Advantage system. Techniques reduced processing for Member Detail from 6 hours to 30 minutes. This effort reduced monthly Member Details processing cost around $50K per month.
Designed, coded, implemented, and maintained ISPF interface for developers to conduct individual testing of applications on their private database.
Performed runtime enhancements to Member Merger, removing the operational limit of 500 per- day to all merger request..
