My most recent full time employer was Deerfield Construction Co. and was layed off in 2008 for lack of work comming in .My responsibilities were supervising new buildings from the ground up,and retrofits.

Executed daily operations such as sub coordination call for inspections addressed existing and future problems.

Checked building layout and elevations including site.

Held weekly production and safety meetings.

Communicated w/Owner rep.,Architects and Engineers by phone e-mail and photos.

Wrote change orders purchase orders and short contracts.

Ensured that all phases of work met safety laws,specifications and standards.

Observed job conditions and issued notices for correction to persons responsible for conformance.

Obtained evidence such as photos and prepared report concerning violations not corrected.

Conducted surveys of job site to determine lack of prescribed maintenance,housing violations and hazardous conditions.

Presently retired but would concider going bac to work for the right company.
