About the organisation

Verdeen chemical is a Lead(Pb) Recycling plant from damage and discharge Batteryes by the process of Electroplating and Electrochemical. Our project is totally green project (zero rate polotuion).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis the plant sample in laboratory by Gravimetric and Volumetric principal. And review the lab data for calculate the process time.

Responsible for final product quality & purity.

Treatment of waste material like as water and solid waste.

Development of Time and Motion studies based on MOST techniques.

Implementation of Japanese manufacturing methods for optimum utilization of resources like 5S, Lean Manufacturing involving concepts of Toyota Production Systems, TPM, TQM etc.

Development of Machine and Manpower utilization studies for improved organizational profitability.

Indent Material Requirement planning for process and Operations.

Total responsibility of plant like Shift schedule, Machines, Process, Manpower working Status, & Shafety etc.

Inventory control.

Reporting Dailly, weekly, monthly production report, consumption of raw material and other material report.

Understanding the project requirement and make the technical specification sheet on that basis.
