Co-ordinating with the investigators to speed up the investigation process and obtaining the reports in the stipulated time frame

Maintaining a user friendly relationship between the tie-up dealers, Agents,Brokers,Franchisees and customers while guiding at the time of claim registration and convincing at the time of claim settlement.
