I am very interested in the position, and thought it might be a good idea to provide some additional background information about myself and how my experience and qualifications would be a good fit for this position.

I am a graduate of DeVry College of Technology with a BS in Electronics Engineering Technology. I have over 12 years experience installing, maintaining and repairing electronic components and equipment including; resistors and switches, circuits, wiring, schematics and battery parts and working with software and different operating systems. I am currently working as a Senior Electronics Technician in the banking and financial industry providing project management support, implementing and repairing ATM Machines, Personal Computers, Audio Visual Equipment, Wireless Solutions, Routers, Data Switches, Telecommunication Solutions, Physical and Software Security Applications. I schedule and perform regular PMIs and examine electronic devices and analyze their mechanisms to identify faults, troubleshoot and diagnose chronic electronic problems. I also have responsibility to ensure end user SLAs are met along with meeting customer service objectives. I am experienced in dealing with Mission Critical and high pressure situations and resolving customer issues calmly and courteously, while reinforcing and building relationships. I like working in a challenging team environment and am focused and self motivated and have a positive attitude.

On a personal note, I enjoy all sports and camping. I am also an Eagle Scout. Thank you for your consideration of my application and qualifications.
