SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Managed a post-merger transition. Infineon needed
transfer all legal agreements after acquiring
International Rectifier. Directed the process
from pre-closing planning to completion.
Seamlessly transitioned 3,000+ vendor contracts
and 700+ NDAs in only six months. Completed the
project on time, ensuring continuity and
compliance.
Created NDA processes. IR needed to strengthen
non-disclosure agreement practices. Developed new
processes to streamline requests for drafting and
review of agreements. Established tight controls
to manage re-signing of expiring NDAs. Managed
500+ agreements annually, ensuring protection of
all IP, trade secrets and other related assets.
Instrumental in resolving an investigation. IR
was under scrutiny from SEC, FBI and Scotland
Yard over alleged financial misstatements and
stock trade reporting. Working with general
counsel and outside attorneys, managed all
document requests. Helped prepare and file a
restatement. Ensured compliance; avoided
additional penalties.
Automated stock plan management. Manual processes
for managing stock transactions were inefficient
and error prone. Researched, sourced and selected
E*Trade's Equity Edge platform. Managed migration
of 1,900 employee accounts to the new outsourced
platform. Cut costs and strengthened compliance;
improved accuracy and timeliness.
Managed compliance education. IR needed to train
its workforce on SEC insider trading regulations.
Developed corporate communications to inform
staff on company and SEC policies, as well as
announcing trading windows. Prepared quarterly
memos for 5,000+ global staff, safeguarding
strict compliance with all applicable
requirements.
Designed an IP compensation program. IR needed a
system for managing payments for patents.
Developed a payment plan and systems for every
phase of the process. Fully integrated the system
with outside IP counsel to ensure accurate and
timely payments for up to 100 new patents
annually. Managed the system on an ongoing basis.

Paralegal, 2008-2015. Working with the general
counsel, promoted to manage drafting, review and
processing of nondisclosure agreements. Oversaw
the intellectual property database covering
thousands of patents and trade secrets and
managed the IP compensation program. Administered
equity compensation plans.
Stock Plan Administrator, 2004-2008. Promoted to
manage all equity compensation stock plans,
including education programs for participants.

meetings, and for SEC filings. Previously at IR,
