Having more than 25 years Well equipped Knowledge in the preparation of Industrial plans according to the Factories Act and implementation of the same.

Same experience in the field of construction activities especially industrial promotions and also in the dwelling and commercial constructions.

Little experience in the construction of roads, bridges, etc. under the contract of Municipality and Highways Department.

Well Knowledge in the preparation of documentation of contract in the constructional activities under both public and private sectors.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

I had designated as Technical Assistant in CPWD in the construction of RDO’s quarters in 1987-1988.

Then as a registered contractor in the Municipality and Highways department during 1988-1991.

In 1991 I individually started a concern named GANDARVA CONSTRUCTION.

1. Under my concern, I have built more than 200 Residential buildings from 35 Sq. M to 500 Sq. M.

2. Nearly about 100 industrial projects also accomplished.

3. In addition to that 5 commercial buildings had done by my Concerns supervision.

4. Apart from all, in the year 2000 I have individually formulated and promoted a residential layout which consists of more than 15 comfortable Dwellings by fulfilling all the amenities.
