My responsibilities included starting the relationship to introducing our product with demonstrations through webinars and in person, quoting on software, preparing contracts and following up with all technical aspects of the sales and installation. These relationships that I developed with my clients are still strong even though I am not involved in their insurance needs. With a combination of complete honesty and calm demeanor in face of these broken client relationships I was able to turn their trust back around successfully.
