Responsibilities:

Operation &Maintenance:

Served as a shift Engineer and looked after all electrical activities like regular monitoring, check-up, readings and documentation.

Preventive Maintenance of HT(6.6 KV) & LT motors(415 v) and its testing (meggering) and smooth running.

Preventive maintenance of LTtransformers, oil condition, checking oil in bushing, WTI/OTI monitoring etc.

Time to time monitoring of Neutral earthling of Power transformer (45 MVA).

Handling tripping and black-out condition of TG.

Scheduled maintenance with testing of Vacuum breaker, LT breaker, sensing and protective relays.

Knowledge of VFD and Soft starter operation and its maintenance.

LT/HT panel and busbar maintenance and testing.

Knowledge of protection of Transformer, Generator, and LT/HT motors.

Knowledge about operation and maintenance of DG set.

In all maintenance schedule importance given to CGT.(Cleaning, Greasing and Tightness).

-Changed the route of HT Bus bar (because of mechanical fouling), taking care all dimensions and make order for designing with consult to Bus bar supplier.

Served as Electrical Shift Engineer and handled electrical operations of the plant.

Experienced in electrical protection of HT(6.6KV),LT (415V)motors and LT transformers and their remedies.
