Site Inspector in M/s NJS Consultants ( Oman ) llc For Al Amerat Waste Water Network Project. This Project is a Component part of the Muscat Wastewater Master Plan. Population growth in parts of Al Amerat and Al Hajir has been considerable over the past 10 years. As of December 2008 there were approximately 6800 developed properties out of a potential of more than 67000 proposed within the Al Amerat and Al Hajir Areas.

The Construction Works are Being Implemented through Four Contracts. Construction of Part of Al Amerat Northern Waste Water Network Project (A3). The A’Seeb Project is a Major Element of the Muscat Wastewater Master Plan .This Project Covers Approximately 490 sq.km. One of the Main Reasons For the Scheme is to Engineer an Environmental Sustainable Solution to a Present day Problem Whereby Hundreds of Tankers are Used Daily Around the Area, To Empty the Septic Tanks and Holding Tanks that Presently Serve the Existing Communities .

The Construction Works are Being Implemented through Six Contracts. Construction of Part of Al khoudh Gravity Sewerage Networks plus Treated Effluent Transmission and Distribution Pipeline Systems. This Project Includes Construction of Main Sewers 200 to 800 mm dia, 137 km Main Sewers, 328 km Rider Connection Sewers, 2964 Number of Manholes, 14305 Number of Chambers, 164 km of FO ducts, 687 Number of FO Chambers, 27 km of TE lines and 7000 Number of Property Chambers. Project Cost : 64 million OMR.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
