Presently I am working in EMAMI Cement Ltd. As an Assistant Officer Logistics in Logistics Dept. in Panagarh, Burdwan (W.B.) since 5th August. 2017.
Handling operations in Logistics Cell due to work rotation policy of management for following tasks:
oMaintaining smooth plant operation in co-ordination with production, marketing and other departments to achieve daily, monthly and annual despatch targets.
oWorking as an Assistant Officer Logistics, reporting to HOD (AGM) Logistics handling different section:
oDespatch: Responsible for movement of empty and loaded vehicles, preparation of delivery documents, Excise Invoice and 24 operation of Plant.
oCore Logistics: Responsible for Orders co-ordination with Marketing dept., execution of orders in SAP, preparation of daily MIS reports and transporters quota management.
oManaging all above mentioned operation and transactions in SAP
Previous worked as Jr. Officer Logistics from 03rd Dec. 2016 to 3rd Aug 2017 in Ramco Cement Limited in Kolaghat Grinding Unit, Kolaghat, East Medinapure (W.B.)
Handling operations in Despatch Cell for following tasks:
o Collecting orders distribution from Marketing to be despatched from Plant and event planning.
o Distribution of orders to transporters and managing daily quotas as Per Marketing.
o Creating MIS reports for higher authorities and PO Generating.
o carrying out transactions for Outward Cement Dispatch Process and coordination with transporters.
o supervising all operations of Dispatch Section & Packing plant in shifts and Bag stock handling.
