Logistics Management

Monitoring and analyzing the loss in transit and undertaking measures to control the same.

Ensuring safe shipping/delivery of all materials to customers & branches as and when needed.

Coordinating with Shipping Agents, Freight Forwarders for timely clearances of shipments and supplies.

Preparing plans for the Yards and Warehouse for optimal utilisation of resources.

Complying with instructions prescribed by Customs and Port authorities in terms of storage / stacking or movements of containers.

Managing the logistic functions; negotiating with transporters for cost effective transport solutions.

Arranging vehicles for movement of containers to & from Gate ways ports.

Export / Import Operations

Coordinating with CHA, Customs team to ensure smooth trade;

Handling import/export containers in order to optimise the utilization of CFS yard space and enhance revenues.

Liaising with different parties viz: CONCOR(Container corporation of India), CHAs, consolidator, and Shipping Lines to ensure smoothness in operational activities related to CFS business.

Continious follow ups with other clients/company showing our best services as to enhancincg the companies business apart from above activities.

Documentation / MIS

Finalising the documents before sending them to the bank for negotiation under Letter of Credit, checking of the document of collection (viz. Draft, Invoice, Packing List) before Exports or import Exercises

Keeping records of Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading,Bill of Entry,Delivery orders(issued by shipping lines) Certificate of Origin, and other customs related documents.

Maintaing all concerned MIS reports in our own software CFSMAG(Based on Oracle) on daily basis for complete logistics soloution.
