Teleperformance gave me the first work opportunity where I was hired for Microsoft’s helpdesk. Thanks to this, I was able to learn a lot about the Windows/MS Office platforms and how to troubleshoot them. This was honestly a great start for me in the IT area.

After being there for about 6 months, the company trusted me with our RDM (level 2)’s tickets, having me cleaning out our tier 2 queue, where I trust I did an outstanding job, with a higher resolution rate than that of some RDM agents. I was about to be promoted, though at this point I was offered a better opportunity at Auxis.
