Working on automation of used test cases via RTE (Robo Tester Evolution) tool to ensure the tariffs defined on OCS for charging are correctly applied for any given call scenario, performed ATP plans for UC, RTR, PP and AGS.

Generated audit reports via RAVS (Records and Asset Verification Service), Nokia Reality Services Platform, and users have 24x7x365 access to: Reporting, Auditing, Licensing, APIs, Utilities, Smartphone Apps and Engineering tools.

Call simulators like Perfecto, as an effective cost saving tool which can schedule end to end network testing and regression testing using Voice over LTE (VoLTE), Voice over WiFi, 4G Data, SMS and MMS.

MOPs (Method of Procedure) are validated within the MTCE lab environment before being released for production deployment. Assisted in validating new features, application and hardware configurations.

Provided extensive support for Ericsson SAEGW (EPG 1.3) Gy feature testing for LVC call.

A issue if reported to us, is either from new feature testing or some existing network configuration gone bad, is rectified and checked thoroughly end to end, else it’s been raised to high level support team with a ticket.

Pioneered the installation of 1360 COM (Centralized Operations Manager) on virtualized platform and did ATCA upgrade using COM from release 29.15 to 29.16 respectively.
