Apprentice of the year 2003 for joiner/insulation/pipe insulation. Southern 15 States panel winner for Carpenter/Millwright panel. Trades manning- assignment of over 15,000 personnel for work rotations and assisted Trades Manning Director and Vice Presidents of Northrup Grumman company in various company related duties. Coordinated with Naval officers to fulfill their finished construction desires within allowable limits per Mil Specs. Worked with small group getting company ISO 9000 & 9001 Mil Spec compliant. Obtained Lean Six Sigma training. Certified through Local 303 for forklift operation. Extensive training in safety in industrial fields. Field engineering- addressing REC forms and developed an Access database to sort, file, and track progress of change requests to remove duplication and redundancy work.
