LEADERSHIP
As a registered nurse I was able to lead staff members of mother/baby unit as charge nurse with support and praise. I assisted with staff schedule 6 weeks at a time. Provided tours for new parents and siblings on the weekends. I volunteered periodical BLS training for staff of mother/baby. As a Nurse Practitioner I looked forward in helping and providing resources/education to patients that help to change difficult situations in their life and health.
