Trained 1+ yrs. in a level 1 wastewater treatment plant learning to operate, monitor, maintain, and trouble-shoot the wastewater treatment facility and its processes. I have been trained to perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring and testing required to maintain compliance with Federal State and Local regulations governing the wastewater treatment process, and storm water and sludge management. I learned the basics of the the primary and secondary treatment of the aeration,clarification,nutrient removal,filtration and chemical addition systems. I trained to operate, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot for wastewater and water systems. I trained to use the UV disinfection system properly and maintain records of preventative maintenance and repairs. I assisted in general housekeeping and landscaping duties. I was in charge of feeding or removing material to and from machines, clean vehicles, pick up unwanted materials, and process materials for moving.I was responsible for giving breaks to other operators to ensure consistent flow of work and stepping in when operation comes to a halt. My position enabled me to learn all the positions i the planer-side of the mill so i could replace any operator that did not make it to work. I was entrusted to make sure the property is well maintained, has a nice appearance, operates smoothly. I Keep records of rental activity, Met with prospective renters and showed them our properties. I also discussed the lease and explain the terms of occupancy or ownership. I collected monthly fees from tenants or individual owners, and inspected all building, including the grounds and equipment. My main emphasis was to fill all vacancies and provide good tenant to manger relations. Another aspect of my duties was to performed minor maintenance within the park. These included plumbing and electrical work as well as pest control. I performed these as needed to save money for the park.
