Evaluate loan applications to determine acceptability and compliance with applicable state and federal regulation, investor guidelines and corporate standards, processing a loan from start to finish with no supervision as well as supervise. Work as a team member, however, able to work very effectively independently, self-motivated with the ability to make quick decisions and able to maintain composed attitude while working under stressful conditions. Keep records of daily activities as well as month end reports with the upmost confidentiality of all loans. Request, follow up, and approve CD’s, coordinate signings between borrower and escrow. Experienced with Byte, Point, Encompass and PC Lending software.
