Developed the clinical care guidelines for virtual visit primary care product while serving as the lead physician counsel for the product development. Appointed to the national physician credentialing committee and primary care physician council, and served on opioid use and antibiotic stewardship sub-committees.

Interview, hire, train, and manage staff for Garland and Vickery Health Centers- Community Oriented Primary Care Clinics (COPC). Promoted to spearhead new division developing quality management for prenatal and obstetrical care with staff of four midwives.
