1) Talking to the existing vendors of the vehicle for adding more vehicles and trying to add new vendors to the fleet.

2) Taking attendance of the vehicles which are associated with us across the country.

3) Asking different operators at our warehouses for the collection of PODs and send it to the head office so that it can be recorded.

4) Ensuring that all the stock which is picked up from different pick up locations and stored at our warehouse should be dispatched to the final customer within 48 hours.

5) Also looking after the issues related with pending deliveries which are returned from customers due the problem like payment is not received or unavailability of customers.

7) Ensuring that the vehicles of our vendors are properly covered, painted and have Safe-express logo. If any vehicle is open then asking the vendor to close it immediately.

I was working as the “Accounts Associate” in the Sales Operations team and I was based at our Hathras Branch in U.P. I was responsible for the following activities at the branch level:

1) Handling a team of collection officers working in the districts.

2) Checking the application form of the new customer and also called them to check whether he is being told about the payment mode and about the instalment.

3) Also verifying the customer's source of income and also asked the customers that whether he is informed about the terms and conditions that he will not be the owner of the system till the company receives full payment in two years.
