I have been with Palmetto United for over a month. I was trained on using salesdialers and Xlite especially with other applications (Google docs, etc) and website(online calendar) that is associated with my work position. But they have to stop the campaign because their telemarketers were doing poorly, they were many of us, perhaps because of the rigid requirements for qualifying leads. Their goal for us is to only have two “qualified” leads per shift then we will have bonuses each week. I only managed to have one on a daily basis and sometimes two.
