Boiler(ENMAS Make) & 30MW Steam Turbine(SHIN NIPPON Make).

. Hands on erection & commissioning of Instruments And DCS System(HONEYWELL) of

30 MW Power Plant In M/S VARDHMAN YARNS SATLAPUR MANDIDEEP(MP).

. Knowledge of Honeywell DCS System (Architecture, Study of logics, Updating of logics &

Graphics, Forcing of analog & Digital signals.)

. Planning and handling of modification work & spares.

. Instrumentation activities accomplished for Commissioning of Ash Handling, Coal Handling, HSD System, Raw Water/Feed Water System, DM Plant .

Installation of Field Instruments – Pressure, Flow, & Level Transmitters, Control Valves, Pressure & Level Switches etc.

Calibration & maintance of Instruments.like-RTD,Thermocouples,control valves,transmitter,pressure & level switch,Temp. Controller.

1) Installation of cable trays & JBs.

2)Cable laying, glanding & termination of multicore & branch cables.

Installation, testing & commissioning of sub-station

Operation & maintenance of sub-station, PCC, MCC, HT/LT 3-phase motors & to attend troubleshooting of mill & plant

Testing of 11kv H.T. cables, relays, H.T. switch gear, B.D.V & transformer oil, monitoring of DGA in transformer oil.

Operation & maintenance of LT/HT switch gear sub-station, H.T. overhead lines.

To attend trouble shooting in LT/HT electrical system.

To make planning for electrical project work or up gradation of Electrical LT/HT system as per management needs.

Co-ordination with MPSEB personnel for Board power resuming. As our factory is having 33kv, sub-station.
