RESPONSIBILITIES
SITE PIPING ENGINEER (Oct 2013-July 2016 :
Responsible for overall planning & execution of piping fabrication and erection works at site. Plan and execute site activities to ensure timely completion as per the project execution plan.
Coordinating activities with various departments, contractors & consultants visiting the site.
Prepare project progression.
Monitor all piping installation and modification activites.
Integrate the contractors schedule into overall construction schedule.
Supervision of PIPING Fabrication work and monitoring, implementing the safety procedures at site.
Ensure the productivity and high quality of the subordinates and the sub-contractor activities.
Coordination with contractor for manpower mobilization as per the Fabrication Plan.
Daily Coordination with Office for Engineering issues, Site issues, Material, Drawings requirement etc.
Solving the NCR’s (Non Confirmation Reports) for violation found inspection.
SITE STRUCTURE AND DUCTING ENGINEER (Oct 2010- Oct 2013):
Supervision of heavy steel Structural and ducting, Fabrication and erection works.
Studying drawing and plans, Follow-up in surface preparation of raw steel including marking and shape and other measurements on Metal
Coordination with QMD personal for inspection and testing, scheduling, coordination with vendor on continuous quality improvement.
Make daily work repots and submit to site office.
Knowledge and experience fabrication, installation, erection and alignment of ducting namely flue gas duct,cold air, hot air, round ducts and duct supports.
MILESTONES:
Successfully Completed Asia’s first “800MW Super Critical once through Boiler Hydro Test”, alkali cleaning Light up, COD Mundra, Gujarat.
Successfully completed 150MW Boiler Hydro Test, Light up, COD Gudur A.P
Erection & Alignment of Heavy Ceiling Girders about 600MT
