In my current role at George Washington University Hospital I am a Nutritional Aide who ensures that guests receive their proper diets in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service to our guests through our extensive Room service program, providing floor stocks & nourishments to all major nursing units, taking meal orders through our computer software Health Touch system & ensuring patient census files are kept in order.

I enjoy working in customer service because it brings me joy in providing great service in seeing a person’s gratitude & satisfaction. I work well with computers & I am a very fast learner. I am versatile where I work great with teams & I work alone whenever necessary.
