I manned the help desk for the IT department. Which meant answering phone calls, emails and responding to School Dude request tickets. I also worked with technicians on and offsite troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

I ran computer powered machinery. I was responsible for production and record keeping for the production line and machinery I operated.
EDUCATION
VANCE GRANVILLE COMMUNITY COLLEGE AAS COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION
During my time at VGCC I maintained and graduated with a 3.5 GPA. I made the Dean’s List twice and received a scholarship for academic excellence. I worked with the IT department to obtain workplace experience in an Information Technology setting. I also worked alongside the school’s web master when I coded the Work Based Learning portion of their web site.
COMMUNICATION
Prior to graduation, I worked with a team of four other technical students to build a technical support company mock up. While helping with blueprints and networking packet tracers, I built a small database with Access and coded the company’s web site. We presented this project to a large group of instructors and classmates and scored at the top of the class.
