Solution Integrator (SI) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the databases capability.

Proposed solution estimating, including work effort and costing, allowing account teams to present project proposals to clients.

On-boarded accounts into the solution cell, involving presenting the solution process, how it worked with the account delivery and how it benefitted the account. Identified key solutioning resources and account issues to be resolved.

Worked with the database build and run support teams to develop the database service index (catalog) used to solution database requests.

Created a template for requirement gathering for the database capability and developed standards for requirements gathering for other capabilities. Improved the speed of requirements gathering and reducing solutioning Turn Around Time (TAT).

Set the vision for automating the requirements gathering and generation of solutions. This would reduce the TAT and the effort the SI puts into a solution.
