Validation Engineer

• Supported T-Mobile projects by leading testing/validation for WiFi-Calling across different chipsets

(Qualcomm/MediaTek) and OS (Android/Kai OS).

• Qualified to independently operate and support the T-Mobile Robotic tests (stress/power consumption). Supported several Alcatel devices and ensured that final report was delivered on time, with great scores.

• Validated Wi-Fi Calling functionality on Alcatel’s first Wi-Fi Calling-enabled Cricket (AT&T) device, per AT&T document 20051.

• Performed Wi-Fi Calling tests on Blackberry KEYone device, debugging defects in real-time with TCT R&D to ensure the quality customers demand.

• SME for Spirent Chromatic system .Performed Quality of Experience(QoE) testing on several T-Mobile products.

• Performed automation stress tests utilizing TCT automation tool on several Alcatel products per AT&T document 15595.

• Executed 3G/LTE field test cases for AT&T and T-Mobile projects, including drive and stationary tests for voice and data services.

Software Quality Engineer

• Worked directly with T-Mobile, executed mobile handsets technical acceptance test process, including 3G protocol, LTE, UI, applications and automation tests. Tracked multiple test executions simultaneously, synthesized test results, performed regression test during each product development cycle.

• Conducted Metrico (Spirent) field tests for Huawei LTE devices, including AGPS and Data/Call performance automation tests. Created test scripts according to different project requirements, having sought efficiency improvements. Captured logs with Qualcomm tools and ADB, and generated comprehensive reports for internal SW/HW development team for further analysis.

• Provided on-site support to the customer (T-Mobile) for 3G/LTE devices in T-Mobile validation lab. Consistently met customer’s requirements with aggressive timeline and limited resources.

• Supported third-party test labs including Cetecom, NAC and SGS, managed test plans and reports and provided software and hardware support across multiple projects.

• Quality Center and internal Defects Tracking System, extensive issue triaging, reporting and tracking. Helped resolve some historical issues and performed regression tests with new builds and patches. Interacted with the Software Development Engineering team to resolve bugs. ZTE USA Inc. • Verified ZTE WCDMA handsets (Z431, Z221, Z331) against AT&T lab and field test requirements document number 10776. Was responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective test solutions.

• Configured devices with QPST, prepared tests, found issues, analyzed logs using diagnostic tools including QXDM and QCAT and reported results with accuracy and conciseness.

• Executed field test cases of call performance with Metrico Nomad on an AT&T-defined route. Executed field tests including streaming, AGPS and technology handovers (2G/3G/4G).

• AT&T document number 15595 800-hour stability testing, script maintenance, report creation and delivery.

• Conducted User Experience tests for Android/Java devices including Email, Messages (SMS/MMS), Camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Web Core, Browser, FOTA, OTADM, APTN, and TTY. Provided technical support. University of Texas at Dallas February 2010 April 2010 Course Project,

• Developed SRAM (512bit) blocks with six-transistor cells. Designed the cell array and address decoder.

• Used Cadence Virtuoso tool for layout and DRC/LVS checks.

• Used HSPICE to simulate the final SRAM block.

Course Project,

• Designed and layout a 15 bits Multiplication and Accumulation blocks with 90nm process.

• Achieved the object of low power and high speed by seizing on booth method based multiplication and fast adders topology --- carry-selected adder and carry look-ahead adder.
