Monitor contractors work to ensure proper compliance with all technical aspects. ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Fabrication & erection of various type of piping like CS, SS, IBR & CS/SS jacketed piping in UG & AG piping & structural job.

Conversant with ASME codes like B31.1, B31.3, ASTM, SEC IX.

Working with different types of pipe classes differentiating by its service i. e. API-SL Gr. B, ASTM A106 Gr. B and A53 Gr. B, or ASTM A312 TP 304/304L or ASTM A312 TP 316/316L, IS1239 (IS Codes).

Preparing test loops with the help of P&ID, ISO, GAD as per process limitation.

Checking of ISO drawings, release for Pre-fabrication of spools based on the priority and material availability. Involved in loops preparation, Mechanical clearance, Pneumatic testing and final box up of Equipments & Piping system.

Keep update with project team to deliver the material needed for smooth progress for project & done proper inspection for IMIR.
