The PostalOne was a centralized database where different regions and divisions of the USPS interact and share information to the respective regional offices. As a part of the team, was instrumental in creation of local PostalOne regional database to communicate with the Centralized PostalOne database. The other project (MIS) Mail Irregularity System was a pilot system to be implemented nationwide by the USPS which included the storing of the images in a database where the damages incurred to the mail pieces and were unable to deliver. The project was successfully completed after user acceptance testing. The technology and tools used for the projects was Oracle9i, PeopleSoft, Sun Solaris, Windows2000, ERWIN, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Diagnostic packs, PLSQL, SQL*Loader, Oracle export and import command tools.
