I have over 16 years’ experience in project management, employee hiring and training, P & L and overseeing daily operations of a steel business. I am experienced in reading blue prints, doing take offs and creating estimates. I am very analytical and detail oriented which has proven to be very beneficial in over- all production.

I have outstanding time management and multitasking skills. I have strong written and verbal communication skills that allow me to relate well to others. This has helped me to be very successful with problem resolution and improving productivity.

Managed daily operations of the steel company that manufactured parts for the agricultural and wildlife industry. I also managed projects for various commercial construction jobs. I created estimates, developed project plans and coordinated resources while closely monitoring time and budget. We were a multi- faceted company that handled anything related to steel construction and fabrication. My intense discipline, hard work and competitive nature helped me to grow this business from a very small company into a very well-known large scale operation.

GENERAL MANAGER DELTA IRONWORKS INC 2001-2005

Managed production crew, created estimates and scheduled installation for all projects. This company constructed iron fencing, gates, handrails etc… for residential and commercial projects. We also built metal buildings and awnings. I helped increase profits by 35%.
