Providing 24/7 production support for critical trading, regulatory and surveillance databases, using ServiceNow for Incident & Problem Management. Expert troubleshooting problems and ability to analyze and resolve difficult technical issues quickly in a high pressure environment.

Design and implement Oracle’s High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) using RAC and Data Guard (Snapshot, Physical and Logical standby)

Worked proactively in collaboration with development team to monitor and tune the queries and detect the problem before it happens. Identify and troubleshoot poorly performing queries for Oracle, Sybase and MySQL trading database. Also help development team to migrate applications from Sybase to Oracle.
