Project Topic: Image Watermarking using Non Sub-Sampled Contourlet Transformation (NSCT) Filters

Project Description

The Project learned about the Watermarking is a technology that complements cryptography by embedding imperceptible signals in work.

Information hiding techniques have recently become important in a number of application areas.

It can be used for people to sending the secret image authentication, Copy Protection, Broadcast Monitoring.

This is a technique for image watermarking by using the NSCT algorithm which is an invisible robust watermarking scheme for embedding and extracting a digital watermark in an image.

By coding phase, the image can be watermark and hide into another watermarked image.

In the decoding phase, once the watermark is extracted from the watermarked image, certain performance measures such as peak signal to mean noise ratio (PSNR) and correlation are calculated.

Responsibilities

MATLAB Software implementation for the Image Watermarking.

Coding for the Image watermarking using NSCT filter.
