PROJECT EXPERIENCE:

Electric Go-Kart:

An intensive engineering project that used all the skills learned over the years in the Architectural Design and Engineering Academy (ADE). Skills include using CADD to design and illustrate the construction plans of the cart, the use of metal and wood power tools to make the parts needed, and mathematical and analytical knowledge to create a structurally ridged cart

House Module:

Using all the skills and knowledge from the Building Trades, this team project was to create a housing module complete with a sturdy frame, soldered piping that functioned, and electrical wiring that worked. This final incorporated basic knowledge of construction, plumbing, and wiring to help visualize how a house functions at a basic scale. This project also required the use of AutoCAD to design the module to show where all the components were laid out.
