Transgenic Pant analysis(GMO): protein quantification and characterization. Sample receiving, lyophilization, extraction, analysis, stability study, method development and validation. Sample preparation & extractions for various samples and matrixes: protein, DNA, pesticide residue (SPE cleanups, Derivatization & purification for HPLC, GC and LC-MS analysis), trace metal and metal (sample digestion for FLAA/GFAA and ICP analysis), inorganic samples.

Molecular biology analysis in Crop Science industry: ligand binding assays and quantitative immunoassays (ELISA, HTRF, Western Blot, SDS-PAGE) for transgenic plants (GMO detection) including protein/DNA extractions from various plant tissues, high throughput and lab automation, protein method development / method validation, and method writing/revising.
