Oversaw the development life-cycle of a large MFC/C++/C#.NET desktop product. Managed up to seven technical contractors to produce deliverable results in multiple languages. Applied Agile/Scrum methods and collaborated with multiple teams to effectively roll-out applications. Was a member of team that produced a SaaS rendition of the desktop product using Silverlight, WPF. C#.NET, Java, NHibernate, MSSQL, HTML, and CSS. We later converted this client side of this application to HTML5 and a Full Stack Java, JSON, and AngularJS. The server side was migrated from NHibernate to Entity Framework. Achievements

§Lead a team of contractors working to enhance and maintain large C++/MFC/C#.NET desktop product. We produced 4 releases each localized in up to four languages.

Program covered an array of responsibilities from scans, to order entry, tracking, and more. Application had over 800Mb of source code. Performed initial design, problem solving, and reviews of software architecture. Collaborated with developers, QA, project managers, business analysts, and account managers to create efficient programs. Key Achievements:

§Developed more effective overall operations and provided solutions to highly complex projects.

§Worked with IT staff to install MYSQL servers and implemented a real-time MYSQL replicant server. Engineered the application to be able to switch from server to a backup server in a mater of minutes.

Collaborated with the Coil Tubing Division to produce and maintain the Coil Tubing Sensory Input (CSTI) device.

Key Achievements:

§Created the first satellite link facility to allow fracturing trucks to upload live data to the web from remote locations.

§Incorporated FORTRAN models into the main C++ application. Then to provide users with a GUI designed specifically for each model.

§Originally hired to work on Coiled Tubing systems. Was moved to working with petroleum engineers to adapt their models to the main product. Later recruited by the Well-site Network Group to automate a verity of trucks including cementing trucks, pumping trucks, and coil-tubing trucks.
