Throughout my thirty-six years in the construction industry I have acquired a vast

knowledge of building disciplines and interpersonal skills. I am an experienced, hands-on Site Superintendent and I take pride in my work. I have developed the organization and communication skills to keep a job on track. As a Union General Foreman I supervised and performed the multiple tasks entailed in building hotels, custom homes, commercial and retail buildings.

CONSULTANT FOR BECERRA CONSTRUCTION;CONCRETE CONTRACTOR; KAILUA-KONA, HI.- 2004 - 2005 Custom Homes in Hualalai Resort,Kona, HI Trained and supervised carpenter and labor crews for cast in place construction in accordance with Hawaii building codes which require seismic and hurricane consideration.

SITE SUPERINTENDENT FOR BOLTON INC., KAILUA-KONA, HI 2003-2004 Site Superintendent for concrete sub-contractor. Halii Kai Villas, Waikoloa Village, HI Four story, cast in place, garden style ocean front condos. Duties: lay-out, form design, stairs, elevator shafts, placement of false deck, scheduling and quality control for re-bar installation, and job safety. SITE SUPERINTENDENT; BODELL CONSTRUCTION, KAILUA-KONA,2002 TO 2003 Kona Sea Ridge,Kailua-Kona, HI, Sixteen garden style town-homes with four units per building. I am clear headed under pressure and possess strong leadership qualities while encouraging a team atmosphere. I am professional and honest. I am well organized, have strong communication skills, both written and oral. My construction knowledge is extremely expansive and I am highly competent in reading construction documents.
