Responsible for maintaining all aspects of onsite hygiene and quality management. Supervising the entire processing activity and helping the QA Manager to enforce quality assurance policies and the best practice principles covering safety aspects. Along with that performing the role of a Microbiologist at in house Quality Assurance Laboratory on a shift basis. KEY DUTIES NOW CARRIED OUT:

Monitoring products and the manufacturing process to ensure high standards of quality & Hygiene practice.

Performing all quality checks including metal checking and maintaining all associated records

Performing Packing materials receival inspection & Making Traceability Reports

Making sure that the QC records, data & information are available to managers.

Maintaining the stock requirements of Hygiene related products .

Ensuring non-conforming products are identified and placed on restriction.

Ensuring all the set activities in the quality plan are carried out.

Coordinating with QA Manager for the investigation of customer complaints.

Identifying unsafe working practices and looking out for defects in the products.

Making sure that labels and batch codes of the final products are accurate.

Discussing inspection results and conclusions with quality assurance manager.

Performing inspections of purchased packing material and other hygiene products.

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets.

Scheduling the duty for a team of Quality Assurance staffs and calculating the extra hours of QA staffs.

Collecting and maintaining FSMS Certificates & Halal certificates and its documents Role as a Microbiologist at QA Lab

Receipt of raw materials as well as final products into the QC lab for analysis.

Performing sample entry and verifying the raw material details accurately

Preparation of samples and the required medias and reagents and solutions

Performing all required testing protocols as per the set standards to support the validation activities.

KEY DUTIES:-

Performing sampling and microbiological analysis of raw materials and final products in accordance to standard sampling plans and procedures.

Reporting the test results to Quality Manager as well as recording the same verification activities.

Preparation of Medias and other reagents used during microbiological testing.

Daily calibration of microbiology laboratory instruments including autoclave, incubators etc.

Inspect and evaluate the raw materials as well as the packaging materials upon receival.

Assess the plant compliance to sanitation and hygiene requirements through routine inspection and performing tests to evaluate the effectiveness of cleaning.
