Strategically planned, designed, designed, and implemented the company’s hardware, software systems, and network architecture. Provided technical leadership across the organization, from strategic decision making down to the project planning level. Ensured the stable day to day operation of all in-house computer systems.

Key Accomplishments:

Designed the computer and network infrastructure from the ground up starting in 2008.

Connected remote offices together with our remote servers in the datacenter with an open source VPN.

Designed and implemented an internal ticketing system to track all IT issues in the company.
