IME - Independent Medical Examination. We are supposed to create a document on behalf of doctors to an insurance company for the claim of a patient with the information provide to us in a PDF format. It’s a hand written form where the patient will give a brief description about the accident that he/she met with and the insurance company doctor will examine and diagnosis the patient. In additional to this we are provided with some medical records and identification card of the patient. With these information we are suppose to prepare a medical document.
