Description: CTR- Complaints Tracking and Resolution is an Enterprise complaint workflow solution for complaint handling and resolution. This process Consolidates complaints platform into one integrated workflow tool. This Integrated architecture will transition customer complaints servicing and fulfillment from multiple LOB, Products and channels to a consistent integrated view of the customer when resolving complaints. This application also tracks the complaints of employees like employee Abuse.
Involved in Story grooming with business to get the correct requirement as an Acceptance criterion.
Worked on Connect JMS (MQ Configuration).
Worked with admins in configuring all the connections (JMS, Topic, Queue and JNDI Server)

It is helpful to continuously capture the maximum value possible through repair NPIs using a forward-looking process with exception handling, based on automated tools such as using Pega PRPC.
And it is also useful to consistently identify the right PIDs to enable, as well as the type of enablement that is appropriate for the product’s region and current stage in its lifecycle.

Description: Celgene Corp., incorporated in 1986, is a biopharmaceutical company primarily engaged in the discovery, development, and commercialization of small molecule drugs designed to treat cancer and immunological diseases through gene and protein regulation. In order to reduce the risk of certain side effects, the usage of two of Celgene’s pharmaceutical products, Thalomid and Revlimid, is managed by the company’s Risk Minimization Action Plans (RiskMAPs). Celgene has successfully practiced risk management operations for over 10 years using a computer system with limited global capabilities. Celgene is growing rapidly in over 45 countries and committed to operating a global risk management program. To support this expansion, Celgene needs a computer system to provide a global framework, which can easily adopt each country’s language and regulatory requirements. In order to achieve this goal, Celgene have initiated a project Perfect the Risk Management Environment (PRiME) and selected Pegasystems Inc. (Pega) as the software provider. Through the use of Pega’s Customer Process Manager for healthcare (CPM-HC) a solution was implemented to manage contact tracking and surveys for patients, prescribers, and pharmacies as dictated by Celgene’s worldwide RiskMAPs.
