SkiBo Holdings sold to DPG Investment Group in June 2015. Five companies were sold which SkiBo Holdings owned: TSA Financial Group, SkiBo Auto Sales, Golden Eagle Lending, Golden Eagle Insurance and JADCO Networking Partners. I served as President for the first 90 days of transition and provide consulting as needed.
SkiBo provided services in the Sub-Prime Auto segments and broker services with regulated financial institutions. I provided oversight in the day to day operating in all areas. This includes accounting, production, collections, recovery, and customer services to external business relationships.

Starting in 1996 as the Budget Officer, I decreased the budgeting process timeline with increased variance benchmarks. In this capacity I was involved in Operations, Credit Administration, Trust, Servicing and Accounting activities for logic and troubleshooting issues.
As the VP Treasury, my primary responsibilities included corporate insurance, insurance revenue recognition, corporate planning and asset sales.
In summary, my position encompassed a mixture of being a troubleshooter, problem solver and negotiator. Recent and past accomplishments with Fidelity include:
* Manage the current indirect auto sales which includes coordination of technology services and loan operations
* Licensed Agent to receive commissions for products offered through the Bank
* Re-tooled purchasing policy by negotiating with vendors to reduce cost based on growth and exclusivity agreements
* Designed comprehensive allocation model for non-production departments for product net analysis
* Upgraded budget platform to ReportWriter (IPS/Sendaro)
* Restructured corporate insurance to multiyear format to lower cost renewal exposures
* Developed reports for profit analysis, as well as, Asset Utilization Standards which have become permanent benchmarks

As Facilities Controller, duties included all aspects of plant accounting; including the start-up operation
of the denim production. However this was short lived due to Company's dissuade to move production
off shore. Key management associated with denim production were simultaneously laid-off.
GRANITEVILLE COMPANY, Graniteville, South Carolina 4/90 to 3/96
Special Projects Coordinator
Graniteville Company, a subsidiary of Triarc Companies, Inc. trading on the NYSE, with annual sales in excess of six hundred million, eight operating divisions, and a chemical subsidiary with two operating divisions. Employee base for all operations approximated thirty-seven hundred. All accounting functions are centralized within their specialty. Each supervisor will have a direct support group, as well as, an indirect group within the operating divisions.

As Budget and Special Projects Coordinator, my responsibilities included supervising, coordinating and implementing all phases concerning business plans, forecasts, projections, and long-range business plans.
In addition, corporate review presentations concerning results of operations, plans and projections are encompassed as part of my responsibilities. These presentations are used for internal, as well as, external information releases.
4/90 to 8/95
As Senior Financial Accountant, my responsibilities included supervising and preparing inventory schedules for financial considerations, including calculations for reserves. In addition, the issuance of reports for other areas of the operation provided the basis for the majority of the cost analysis within the organization. I supervised four employees directly and coordinated twenty-six employees within our indirect groups. Prepared and supervised the Employee Benefit Plans, which included frequent correspondence with the trustee and corporate counsel. Also, I administered the annual audit for the company.
CLEARWATER FINISHING, INC., Clearwater, South Carolina 3/89 to 4/90
Assistant Plant Controller
As the Assistant Plant Controller my responsibilities included balancing and cross-training personnel in accounts receivable, accounts payable, plant and administrative payrolls. Trouble - shooter to network problems, including training all office personnel of computer functions and abilities. I was involved in all aspects of administration from startup to shutdown.
* Enhanced the accounting department programs to the computer network
* Finalized the payroll system contract, and conversion of data to new system
* Introduced and directed the cafeteria plan savings program, including credit union activities
* Hired and trained all key personnel in the main office, defined job descriptions in a startup environment
* Audited existing utilities in facility and received rights of assets rebate variance for three years
