WORK PROFILE:

Optimized the GSM and UMTS networks to reducing drops and block and achieve the desired network key performance indexes (KPI).

Collaborated with design Engineers as well network construction and implementation team to identify suitable location for infill cell site s to improve network coverage and customer experience.

Identified pilot pollution and took corrective action such as reducing CPICH, performing foot print optimization to create dominant servers and requesting scrambling code retune.

Identified cell sites negatively impacted by uplink (UL RSSI) interference, implemented corrective measures such as checking and ensuring that tower mounted amplifies(TMA) parameter are properly set.

Performed network foot print optimization and also worked with Field Ops team to correct passive intermodulation (PIM) and to search for external interferers

Last but not the least providing technical help to DT coordinators and DT report makers to run this project in smooth manner
