Maintained 99.99% SLA compliance for system availability and uptime, data center performance, and vendor management.

Slashed operating costs by 85% with the image repository migration from an IBM MVS to a LAN-based system. Recovered project cost expense within 6 months of platform implementation.

Organized, planned, and led the IBM midrange equipment DC migration from South Carolina to facility location in Connecticut. Delivered the project on time, within budget, and with zero customer downtime by completing the move over a holiday weekend.
